The glittering award ceremony for South Africa’s foremost branding awards – the Sunday Times Top Brands Award, saw Tsogo Sun walking away with first place in the Business-to-Business, Local Hotel Group category.
Tsogo Sun joined top business brands such as Momentum Life, Investec, Avis, British Airways, Apple I-Phone, Vodacom, Apple I-Pad, OUTsurance, DHL, 702, Financial Mail, Sunday Times and Business Day. Now in its 14th year, the Sunday Times Top Brands Survey, commissioned by Avusa Media and conducted by TNS.
The survey evaluated overall brand familiarity, user experience, non-user perception, and actual brand presence in the South African market. The combined results of these aspects delivered the winning brands in 38 consumer categories, and 13 business sector categories, with Tsogo Sun taking first place in the Business-to-Business, Local Hotels category.
