Garth Shnier, Executive Chef - Sandton Sun
Garth is a proudly South African graduate of the Sun International in-house training program. In his quest for perfection, he has worked at almost all the five-star hotels in the group, as well as travelling internationally to gain invaluable experience at hotels like Frankfurt’s Arabella Grand, La Horizon in Jersey, and the Grand Roche. Add to that a leadership role at the renowned Grill Room at the Mount Nelson Hotel, and it is evident that this chef possesses a wealth of knowledge.
Garth is an African Fusion pioneer, internationally acclaimed food judge, Culinary Olympics captain, multiple international awards winner, and now, Executive Chef at the Sandton Sun.
