Banqueting Manager 


 

To organise and monitor the quality of Guest events on behalf of the entire Conference and Banqueting Department.


A Banqueting Manager’s responsibilities and duties include:

 

  • Supervising Food and Beverage services as they relate to his or her department
  • Managing the reservation schedules
  • Assisting with the preparation of the department’s annual budgets
  • Supervises the quality of services offered to Guests, in terms both of production and service
  • Recruiting, managing and motivating the members of his or her team
  • Ensuring that the brand standards are applied
  • Ensuring that health and safety rules are applied and respected
  • Controlling and managing the Banqueting team

Open Monday to Friday from 08h00 to 20h00.
Open Saturday from 08h00 to 17h00.
Open Sunday from 09h00 to 17h00 and certain public holidays.
