1. SunBreaks rates are per person sharing, per night bed & breakfast, for 2 adults sharing unless otherwise indicated. Single rate available on request.

2. Children under 18years (Maximum 2) stay and eat free (in hotel owned restaurants & accompanied by parent/s) when sharing with parents if family rooms available. Excludes the Drakensberg Sun Lifestyle Resort where kids stay and eat breakfast free, dinner will be charged.

3. Family rooms are not available at Southern Sun Cape Sun, Suncoast Towers, SunSquare Montecasino, SunSquare Suncoast, Beverly Hills Hotel, InterContinental Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport, InterContinental Johannesburg Sandton Towers and all StayEasy hotels.

4. SunBreaks rates at Garden Court hotels are available on Friday and Saturday night only.

5. The best available SunBreaks rates at Tsogo Sun hotels & Resorts and Deluxe hotels are available on a Friday and/or Saturday night. Additional nights may be booked at the same rate on condition that the stay includes a Saturday night.

6. Beverly Hills Hotel - Peak Period: Fri/Sat. Off Peak rates apply Sun-Thu. Minimum 2 night stay for both periods.

7. Drakensberg Sun Lifestyle Resort and Sabi River Sun Lifestyle Resort, SunBreaks rates are applicable anyday from Monday to Thursday, but from Friday to Sunday a minimum 2 night stay is required.

8. SunBreaks rates require a deposit equal to 1 night’s value of your stay, in order to confirm your reservation. Please check the Rules and Rates when booking, to determine the payment policy.

9. The credit card used to confirm a reservation has to be presented on check-in at the hotel.

10. Reservations need to be cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a non refundable cancellation fee of 100%. This cancellation policy will not apply in the event of the death or hospitalisation of the person in whose name the confirmed booking is made.

11. Rates are Nett and Non-Commissionable.

12. Rates quoted are in South African Rands, as indicated.

13. These rates are subject to peak periods and as such may not be available at certain times/dates. All rates are subject to availability.

14. SunBreaks rates are available for the South African domestic leisure market and SADC countries only.

15. These rates are applicable for bookings of up to 5 rooms only, and are not available for groups or conferences.

17. Rates are inclusive of Value Added Tax.

18. Rates exclude 1% Government Tourism levy, charged per room, per night.

19. These rates are subject to change without notice.

20. The above rates are based on standard room types only and surcharges may apply to other room types.

21. Rates featured are based on a "FROM" price (a minimum available rate).

22. Rates are subject to increase according to hotel yield policy (rate structure at the time of booking), this does not apply to Garden Court hotels.
