Management and Leadership development is a priority, as is skills-based training that ensures we create great memories for all our guests, as well as development programmes to enable employee growth.
Courses and Programmes
Numerous courses and programmes are designed, developed and delivered to Tsogo Sun employees throughout each year. Focus areas include induction courses for new employees, systems & job skills training, self-driven development as well as structured supervisory and management development programmes. On average 10 000 training attendees are recorded each year.
Tsogo Sun hotels is Accredited with THETA (613/P/000040/2005) with full programme approval to offer the following qualifications registered with the South African Qualifications Authority.
