If you enjoy an Executive Preferred Tier Status and have on stayed at a participating hotel in the past 12 months, your membership will automatically be renewed if you have maintained your 7 nights in a rolling 12-month period. A renewals notification will be emailed. if you enjoy Director or President Tier Status and have stayed at a participating hotel in the past 12 months, your membership will be automatically renewed, and a new card posted to you, provided you have stayed the required nights for renewal on your current tier.

For redemption purposes, one Sun Rand = one Rand. If you have more than 50% of the room rate (it can be for a one night stay, for example) available in Sun Rands, you can pay in the remaining amount in cash on arrival at the hotel.

Yes. You can earn Sun Rands, on qualifying non-accommodation items, when you redeem your Sun Rands on a qualifying accommodation rate. You will not earn Sun Rands on the redeemed accommodation portion of your booking.
